Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach clear copy of their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 2 MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport/PAN Card/Aadhaar Card/Voted ID/Driving Licence.

No. Requests for registration will not be entertained post registeration closure.

No , Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.

We cannot provide any refund against cancellation so be careful while planning for the race. Further, application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the expo venue during the specified date and time.

The cut-off timings are as follows:
Half Marathon: 3.00hrs.
There is no cut-off time for 10KM Run and 5KM Run.

No, the bib cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. If any of the participant is found wearing the running number bib not allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race. Further, the organiser reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation. Persons without a bib or wearing an incorrect or invalid bib, wanting to enter the venue, WILL NOT be allowed entry.

No there is no goodie bag. You will be given a running bib with a timing chip at the time of BIB distribution

Yes, you can send your friend/colleague/family member to collect your BIB in case of unavoidable circumstances. However, the representative has to produce the following:

• A printed copy of this email confirmation
• If using a smartphone, the email confirmation or SMS forwarded by the participant.
• Photocopy of your (the participant) photographic proof of identity, i.e.: your Aadhar card, Passport, Driving license, Voter's Identity Card or PAN card. It also can be shown on the Smartphone.
• Photographic proof of identity of your representative visiting the registration counters on Your behalf, i.e.: his/her Aadhar card, Passport, Driving license, Voter's Identity Card or PAN card.

No. Bibs will be not given on the race day.

All participants registered before 31st October 2019. for Half Marathon or race 10 KM are eligible to receive the Offcial Jacket of Run for Diversity .

During registration, you will have an option to either get it couriered to you at an additional payment of ₹ 50/-

The jackets will be dispatched in batches.
Although there is no specific date we may promise but that may take about 45 days or more from the date of registration. The jacket first batch distribution will begin from 15th Aug 2019

We request your patience and as stated earlier the jackets are dispatched in batches and your jacket might be on its way by next batch. You may email us on run4diversity@gmail.com for any concerns.

Jacket sizes cannot be changed at any cost once you have confirmed. Please select your jacket size carefully at the time of registration.

The courier service will attempt ONE time. In case there is no one to receive it, the jacket will be returned back to us. You will have to collect your jackets on the expo day during BIB collection or You will then have to visit our office and get it collected. The courier fees paid will not be refunded.

Jacket offer is complementary gift from us as a way of thanking you for registering early. There cannot be any discounts on the registration fees.

Yes , you can purchase extra jackets from the merchandising partner at their marketing cost on the BIBs expo day.

Please note before any jacket is being despatched , a proper quality check is being done at our merchandising partner end . Still in case of any manufacturing defect, please email us at run4diversity@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of receipt with details of the issue and we will help you accordingly. Please ensure the jacket is unused and tags are intact. In case the issue is considered by the vendor, we may be able to facilitate exchange of product but not the size. You will not be charged extra for courier charges
