• Race results announced on race day will be provisional.
• Net Time criteria will be used to decide the Finish Positions for all the race categories.
• BIBs Tag timing must be recorded across all Time Split Points on the race route right from the Starting point and the Finish point.
• Physical verification will be done by officials and camera on route .
• Immediate disqualification of runners who are found to have interchanged their Bibs with others or an unregistered candidate running on someone else’s Bibs
  from the race. Such runners will be debarred from the race and would not be entitled to any Prize Money - Voucher.
• Final Prize Winners will be declared post ascertaining the Identity of the said runner with the original details provided during the time of the registration.
• Prize winners declared will be required to submit further proof of identity/age, as requested by the event organiser for disbursement of Prize Money - Voucher, failing which the promoter may at its sole discretion, withhold disbursement or disqualify the said participant from competition.
• Prize Money - Voucher will be given 7 days after the event. Our team will get in touch with the winners for the same.
• Your finish time will be updated on our official event website – www.runfordiversity.com within 48 hours of the race day.
• E-Timing Certificate will be available to download from the event website www.runfordiversity.com post 7 days.
• Finish Timings & Timing Certificates will not be generated for a runner whose timing does not gets captured across all the timing Split points on the Race route
  including the start and finish line.
